run in rivelin. tried some intervals but did 3mins, 4mins, 2mins then felt terrible so just jogged home

well i planned on taking it easy but my max HR was 80 according to gym bike...perhaps i took it too easy.

15 down to see kim at lunch. 10 back - jog/walk.
also ran for 45 mins later on in the parks.

Note

Physio - had acupuncture for L glute in spasm.
Also got blood test results - Ferritin=23 and Haemoglobin=11.5.
Better than before (Sept '10 test - F=3, H=6) but not yet reached the very bottom end of the "normal" range!

round the park waiting then a few drills then a run with lucy to hillsborough. by mistake i did more running than planned today. but all slow.
