bole hill rivelin fields etc library home, took it easy, after yesterday mucles all feel well better. legs and back felt much much better on the roads than the slippy mud though

25 mins am. felt a bit dizzy/flashing lights in my eyes again, so a short one.
15 mins pm. to physio. bus back.

Early (ish) run. Rivelin, The Rivelin pub, up fields to stannington, along fields, tried to find a path neil told me about, but went wrong & got legs stuck in thorny bushes (not fun), found path eventually though - a great one in the sunshine, my new favourite i think, back to rivelin, coppice track, home.
First time i've been able to keep a steady speed up hills with tired legs - reminded me of when i was fit...and I overtook a runner! (well, a size 20 jogger...but still...) felt a bit mean saying a good morning as i ran past her as she was puffing away, but couldn't really not say anything.

lower r) back sore at start but ok once off road. felt really good after 20mins - maybe the pack of jelly babies and strong coffee i had to get me out of the house suddenly had an effect!? - so did some short intervals (but as i'm so unfit they were probably only about the speed of my old steady runs). back at 5.30 and still light :)

usual set but very quickly (no rest) as in a rush, sore core by the end!!

didn't take enough food to uni today so turned up to circuits feeling rubbish, thankfully lucy gave me a banana just before we started which got me through
