sat at my desk all day long while everyone else had fun in the sunshine :( but glad i eventually got round to a late evening run. this time in 3 days i'll be eating fish and chips in whitby not doing work! cant wait.

Running (endcliffe parkrun) 18:53 [4] 3.1 mi (6:05 / mi)

intended on just doing one lap but ended up being ok for the whole thing. i'd planned to be happy with anything inside 25 mins so glad i achieved that. although anything too slow and i wasn't going to hand in my bar code.
basically ran with hannah and kathy. so exciting to race again with the team of hallamshire girls!

30 min steady as kim suggested. tightness in muscles felt miles better but not totally gone - sitting down for 15 hours a day isn't helping. will get more acupuncture possibly.

ran down to kims at lunch with laura. massage hasn't worked in loosening the muscles off so kim did several lots of acupuncture in my back and glutes - really released it off so i can now stand up straight and hopefully run again. she also checked hip rotations and alignment which are still fine wihch is great, so it was just severe running preventative tightness.
