short fast late run. down the a57. tape still on foot.

review done, long walk in the rain - all my drawings got soaked soggy and ruined - oops - at least it was after the review! (and they were only prints).
NN taped my foot so the arch is held up - running much better.
then another run to the shop to buy cream which was demanded for the cake filling - buttercream, chocolate and jam were all unacceptable.

felt crap (up all night working) foot hurt, nice to see the outside world for 10 minutes out of 48 hrs tho!
