Running 1:30:00 [3] 9.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Neil's race cancelled due to terrible weather so we ran up Snowdon (started together but ran separately up the mountain). About 1/2 a mile from the top I came back down as weather too bad to carry on, freezing and soaked and massive gale and thick mist so no point. L foot taped - fine on way up, not so good on way down.

Note

was gonna stay in wales longer but weather so crap we decided to cut our losses and escape back to sheffield rather than endure another night in soggy tent

Running 2:20:00 [3]

run up glen rosa on isle of arran on my own. very high craggy dangerous bit at the top so cut down and round as didn't want to fall over the sheer cliff face. very very hot. neil had walked up the last bit to meet/find me and we found a waterfall plunge pool and swam, it was amazing. L foot taped, ok.
dying of need for lemonade, shade and haribo by the time i finally got off the mountain.
