parks. hot. taped L foot different again - made extra sole to hold arch - very good.

50 in rivelin (got drenched). 5 to gym. Tape on L foot - ok/runnable but not perfect

dull as. nearly packed it in after 6 lengths due to sheer boredom but endured it to 30.

to castleton via fox house. absolutely drenched from the start. and into pouring rain headwind all the way.

30 lengths. 12 = 10mins ish (no second hand). should be 13.

Running (dark peak) 40:00 [2] 5.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

in the peaks. slow. while the rest of dark peak did a race.

Cycling 1:30:00 [3] 18.0 mi (5:00 / mi) +500m 4:36 / mi

road ride out to fairholmes via burbage and up the derwent road a bit and back. met neil who drove out.

Running 1:20:00 [3] 9.0 mi (8:53 / mi)

off the bike and changed shorts, then ran up hills each side of derwent res with N. then a dip in the water. then a bacon and egg sarny :)
L foot taped - 2 tapes, slightly different. better. only hurt on way down at end.

Road ride around Bradfield and Dungworth and Strines and various lanes, very nice. 2hrs10

Running 15:00 [3] 1.8 mi (8:20 / mi)

Ran down to the gym to swim but it was shut :(
