Dam Flask Relays. a bit worried about foot but taped it up and prepared to slow down if necessary. Foot fine but L heel/acchilles niggling so eased up a bit. felt v. sick on the . legs feelin a bit dead too and well tired after. great runs from the other girls team who came 2nd!! iced, ibuprofened, iced etc at home.
