Run with Neil from Heatherdene along reservoir then back up and over Win(dy) Hill.
Taped ankle, cut back off new shoes :( hopefully will help my ankle though.

steady as wasn't sure what to expect in terms of fitness. ankle pulling towards the end so didnt go all out. taped ankle up, pink shoes with heel cut.
