Ran on the London LOOP (London Outer Orbital Path) from parents house (but not all the way round, that would be about 150 miles - maybe one day).

Very nice and incredibly muddy - my muddiest London run ever - felt a little silly running down the high road at the end absolutely covered in mud, got many funny looks. But I was so happy that it was amazingly lovely and sunny and warm in London that I didn't care.

6am run as no time tonight. Not as bad as I'd thought it would be. Back still tight (rhs).

Note

Physio in evening - back and glutes were v tight pulling pelvis out of line. Put all straight now so fingers crossed til the national xc.
