Easy paced fell run with neil in the peaks. Hot! Not feeling amazing - tired. Slept terribly last night as food poisoning from physilis fruit. Threw up twice at 6am so rather drained at work but ok later.

First 'interval' session for a very long time. Felt pretty slow and stiff. 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 3, 2 mins with half the previous rep recovery up sandygate road to about 500m past the Norfolk arms.
