Ran from work up porter valley to the top, along fulwood lane to lodge lane and back along top of rivelin. Achilles niggling a bit - def related to hip. Stopped to stretch hip/glutes out a few times and Achilles eased for 20 mins each time til hip got tighter again.
Followed by some serious stretching whilst watching athletics.
