Loop from Forge Wood, along the TPT past Penistone, up over via Cubley, back along Barnsley Trail. Under estimated the distance by my rough map calculation but was too far out to do anything but carry on.

Intervals tempo (Rother Valley parkrun) 18:40 [4] 3.1 mi (6:01 / mi)

Nice one lap course. Slightly disappointed with no improvement since my last parkrun 7 weeks ago in 1839 - thought I was running faster than I was because I was in 2nd most of the way round, turns out it wasn't very fast.

HHS intervals in Endclliffe. Guess on distance - pace was tempo ish.
2.5 mins, 5 mins, 2.5, 5, 2.5, 5, 2.5, 75 sec recoveries.
Calfs finally feeling ok after rollering them this morning.
Hope recovery from the session doesn't take 6 days this time.
