Syxc, Campsall Park Askern. Nice muddy course but felt a bit tired & flat (me not the course).

Lovely little jog around the top of rivelin with neil when I got home from the xc in the last bit of day.

South rd hills. Feeling tired so first & last 3 full hills but middle 4 only short - up from walkley street.

Dark peak. Wanted an easy run so intended to cut off with the shorter group but was ahead when they turned off. Kept near the back of the longer group after that - still pretty done in by the end though.

Not feeling amazing - felt harder work than normal especially breathing.
However, it was still Tuesday evening rainy track fun.

Heel ok - loosened L shoe a lot so it wasn't pressing at all.
