Running hills 12:38 [4] 1.5 mi (8:25 / mi) +100m 6:59 / mi

Then 3 x Bingham park grassy hill from the hedge to the stone, fastish down between. 3.00 up, 1.55 down, 2.57 up, 1.55 down, 2.51 up.

Running 1:15:00 [3] 9.0 mi (8:20 / mi)

27 mins before parkrun, the rest after.
