Lovely run with Laura up Win Hill, down, up the other side to Crook hill & back down through the farm. Very very windy, struggled to stay upright on the tops, but very fun and great to be out in the weather. Feeling tired up hills though.

Muddy Longshaw intervals. Planned to do another tempo at the end but I'd had enough so did 3 extra 1.5 min reps instead. Not feeling too bad, found the 2nd and 3rd hill reps hard though.
8 min tempo, 5 x 2.09-2.16 hills, 8 x 1.5 mins.

Dark Peak club run. Fulwood Lane, Sheephill, up Hathersage Rd, down to Dore, Eccy Rd, Bents, Whitely Woods, Woodfindin, Crimicar, Sportsman.

A bit longer than ideal really but once we were off I was committed as it was a small group so went steady. Really nice run though, especially in the moonlight along Fulwood Lane by the llamas and Sheephill Road looking down on Sheffield lights.

Very muddy Endcliffe Park intervals. Again replicating track by time (ish).
