Black Combe recce with Neil, Lizzie & Rob. I have decided to enter it so I can join in with everyone but I will jog round for fun as otherwise I might break something on the descents.

10 min tempo, 5 x 2 mins, 5 x 30 sec hills, 10 min tempo. Very muddy and slippy and freezing rain but fun.
