Legs feeling stiff beforehand, it was a bit windy too. Very annoying man kept weaving in front of me, then at the end he told me he'd have been disappointed to be beaten by a woman, and wouldn't have handed in his bar code if I'd gone past him..! I said err ok, thanks for that (hope a speedy woman turns up and beats him soon).

Down to endcliffe, bit of tempo up the parks after the parkrun (felt tired), then cut up to redmires rd & home via allotments.

6.35, 6.12, 6.06, 5.49, roughly 84 for each of the 0.25s.
Little jog in between. steady tempo ish pace for the miles rather than "all out"
