National road relays leg 4. hamstrings still tight from last weekend. I overtook 5 people so thought I was doing alright - pace suggests otherwise!! Maybe I relaxed as was overtaking...found 4th leg hard to judge with nobody the same speed around.

Road Race (Sheffield half marathon) 1:23:12 [4] 13.1 mi (6:21 / mi) +300m 5:56 / mi

Not feeling amazing at the start but got into it, died a bit in the last mile though. Only ate 1 jelly baby, at about 7 miles - maybe I should have had a gel or something, or maybe that wouldn't have made any difference. Really struggle with eating while running, not sure how I'd ever cope with a marathon.
