Rivelin, wyming brook, conduit. Plod for first half, r foot sore underneath, tendony. Eased off after a stretch. Snowy out by sportsman!

National road relays leg 4. hamstrings still tight from last weekend. I overtook 5 people so thought I was doing alright - pace suggests otherwise!! Maybe I relaxed as was overtaking...found 4th leg hard to judge with nobody the same speed around.
