Started the Notts 10 mile race. Felt awful from the start, legs just not willing to move at any kind of speed. Wasn't remotely enjoying it and wasn't going to achieve anything from finishing the race other than a case of depression so stopped at 5.5.

10 x 400 off 200 jog recovery. Felt hungry on the run to track, then felt a bit rubbish during the session which the times reflect. Kind of lost motivation in the middle as the times got worse. Not done 400s for ages so hopefully something to improve on.

Crookes jogging. Wasn't going to run as tired but had to go to co op for food so to avoid having to walk there I did a bole hill jog to end up there.
