Cross Country Race 12:02 [5] 2.0 mi (6:01 / mi)

Northern xc relays. Warmed up with Hannah, legs still very achy and tired, really out of breath immediately - also a sign of tiredness. Got into it a bit on the second mile but was on the struggle bus throughout. Came back 7th, team ended up 4th. Happy with 11th fastest time overall considering the dead legs.
