Trans Pennine Trail run in sleet. Right knee twingy on the inside where calf joins from about 2 miles, but seemed to not get worse until near the end, also right shin very sore from about 10 miles. Thinking both could be from going over on ankle yesterday - hopefully they will both ease off.

Warm up and down. Went over on right ankle quite badly on the warm down while cheering the men's teams on and not looking where I was putting my feet.
