Running 2:14:20 [3] 18.0 mi (7:28 / mi)

Ladybower / Howden. Longest run yet. Felt a lot better than yesterday, aiming for 7.30m/ms. Fine til 15 miles, last three a bit tired but focused on maintaining the same pace.

Running 18:53 [4] 3.1 mi (6:05 / mi)

Hillsborough Parkrun the 'other' way round (4th anniversary). Felt awful - very stiff legs and feeling very slow, annoying after 2 easy days, surprised my time wasn't even slower. Was going to do more intervals but not feeling up to pushing it so jogged along Rivelin and up home.

Running 42:00 [2] 5.0 mi (8:24 / mi)

There and back via Riv.

Circuits 20:00 [2]

Running 45:00 [1] 5.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

Crookes/ Crosspool jog, very slow and tired. Also walked to work & back in flat shoes - slightly strained top and under of left foot.

Track session 33:20 [4] 5.4 mi (6:10 / mi)

8 x 1km with 100 jog recovery. Started the session at 8pm, luckily there was still someone else on the track doing 400s, wouldn't like being there by myself there at night. Slow times (3.40ish) but it was windy and drizzly and I did more reps than usual so being slower wasn't too much of an issue.
Glad I had the extra day rest before track - knees feeling a lot better.

Running warm up/down 30:00 [2] 3.9 mi (7:42 / mi)

Tuesday Jan 31, 2017 #

Running 1:12:00 [2] 8.5 mi (8:28 / mi)

2 mile early jog.
6.5 mile lunch run round Damflask/Agden reservoirs. No track, knees and calfs tight from weekend, and legs still quite tired.

Circuits 25:00 [2]
