Down to Hillsborough park then park run (19 mins), took it steady but felt ok and legs enjoying running a bit quicker than the past 3 weeks.
9 AM

Running 17:00 [2] 1.7 mi (10:00 / mi)

Jog home up the hill.
7 PM

Running 42:00 [2] 3.9 mi (10:46 / mi)

Evening jog to and round and about Hagg Hill while Neil did hills.

Evening run with Neil up Loxley valley and fisheries, and through loads of lovely bluebells in the woods.

Early Rivelin and up the steep way from bottom of Coppice and back along the top.

First attempt at running a bit quicker since the marathon - 20 x 1 min with 30 sec jog between. Feeling quite unfit - only managed to get up to marathon pace in the minute intervals!

Run round Howden Res from Fairholmes whilst Neil did the Dark Peak race. Lovely evening, feeling tired til 6 ish miles but got going a bit after that (downhill side).

Ran home from work all uphill, planned to drop bag and go straight on for a run but starving and tired so didn't make it out again unfortunately.

Monday May 8, 2017 #

From work up to home to drop big bag off, then down to gym with little bag.

Running 39:00 [2] 4.0 mi (9:45 / mi)

From gym down to Tesco, then round to Rivelin and up home the very steep way. Not feeling very energetic at all.
