Fell Race 1:30:56 [4] 8.53 mi (10:40 / mi)

Clwydian Hills fell race. Great course, enjoyed it loads but lost a lot of time on the extremely steep descents, seemed to catch people back up on the uphills though. Very hilly, muddy and windy but it stayed dry which was good.

Northern xc relays - 2nd leg. Quite windy and not as fast as last year, although the course did go round a further tree in the top field. Team finished 4th.
Wore inov8s and compression socks and calfs were ok.

Mini hill session off Cross Lane x 10. Calfs slightly improved.

Dark Peak road run - short chip shop with Sally, Simon & Pippa. Calfs seizing up on Redmires Rd on way back - stopped to stretch and slowed.

Rivelin with Neil, calfs extremely sore especially tendons round ankles.
