Running race 37:13 [5] 6.22 mi (5:59 / mi)

Percy Pud 10k. Great race, really enjoyed it until the final 'hill' (it's not really much of a hill but it definitely feels like it at the end). The time wasn't particularly quick but miles were quite consistent.
I have never been too keen on Christmas pudding but I have just discovered it's much improved with ice cream, which is good otherwise Neil would have had to eat it all.

Hillsborough parkrun, took it steady with race tomorrow. Mainly did it so my 50th parkrun will be in London next weekend!

From work to Springvale via Hannah’s with bag.
3 sets of 3 hills (nos 3,4,5). Felt tired and it was really cold. Jog home in a bit of snow after.

Extremely cold and didn't really warm up til third rep so gradually increased pace throughout.
