Long run from Rivelin cafe round Damflask, Agden & Dale Dyke reservoirs and back along loxley. Also did a little recce up to Strines reservoir, crossing a no entry gate, but couldn’t find a path that goes right round. Got back to the car at 19.65 miles so obviously had to round it up. Absolutely loved this run - muddy and a bit hilly and felt ok.

25 min tempo round loop of Attercliffe, I mean legends (not sure who these legends are), with Charlotte and Aislinn. Felt good and got a bit quicker each mile - 6.15, 6.08, 6.07, 6.03.

Fell running head torch adventure on the moors round redmires with Neil. Boggy and slow but fun.

Felt good ish but adductors achy from squats in circuits yesterday.

We bought a spinning bike! So had an easy spin in the cellar after track whilst Neil constructed a wall next to me. Legs felt looser after. 7.7km.
