7am jog by the light of the super bright moon. Very icy. Also smashed big toe into a tree root - split nail and very sore :(

8pm jog - again lit by the moon. Fulwood & Crimicar. Not feeling amazing but just took it easy.

Went to track but didnt feel right - nothing in the legs and was struggling to break 90 for 400 so stopped after 2 x 800 and jogged back.
