Did a pyramid work out on our course. So while doing probably the hardest workout of the year you also had to be going up hills in the rain. The intervals were 3 min hard, 2 min rest, 4.5 min hard, 3 min rest, 6 min hard, 4 min rest, 4.5 min hard, 3 min rest, 3 min hard.
