Note

Ya it was probably a bad idea to donate blood today and then go race, but I did it anyways. If I didn't donate I could have probably won the mile because I only lost by a little. I made up for getting 2nd in the mile by winning the 800, but our team still ended up losing by 8 points.

Cant believe I got my time down that much. I was hoping to get below 4:40 but i guess trying to catch up to the kid in front of my for the last leg of the 4x1600 made me go a lot faster. Now im only 3 seconds away from my school record.

Went to the Irv Black Invite today and I am going back tomorrow to do the 800 and 4x400.

Today I just did the 4x800 and was the anchor. We had a bad first leg, but we started to make it up the next two legs. Then I passed one more kid in the last 100. So we ended up being 10th out of about 26 teams. And I got my PR.

Today we did a hard workout in the rain. Originally our coach wanted us to do five 800s in 2:15, and then have 5 minutes of recovery time. But none of us were able to do it so he moved it down to 2:25, I was also much easier after we stripped down to our short shorts so that we didnt have our heavy wet clothes weighing us down. Note

This was our first real meet of the season, and the two teams that we were up against were probably the two worst in the region. So during the mile the other guy from my team and I were able to win it with no problem. Then I also did the 4x800 and the 4x400, we won both and set a track record in both.

Todays pratice was a bit harder, and having three hard days in a row just made it worse. We did three 800s at 85% effort, so for me I was going to do them on the 2:26. So I ended up getting
