Did some orienteering in the woods behind us so we just did it in our group of four since the rest of our team is sick with a stomach bug, which the swedes also have. So we would run a route and then discuss it when we got there or dices the route choices for the next one.

Have been really lazy the past week, I have orientation at UCONN the next two days and then I will try to pick up on my training. I hope to be running about 7 to 8 miles a day by the time I leave for Poland.
