Yesterday was my last track meet. And on sunday my cross country coach expects us to start our summer running. But I am going to take a week off from track and then start. This summer I have to run 300 to 400 miles. This wont be that hard because thats only about 30 miles a week and I expect to be doing about 40 to 50 miles a week by the end of the summer.
