About 3900 yards: I went to a high school practice where my coach coaches at and the pool was really warm, 86 degrees. There practices are definitely a lot harder than our YMCA practices.

Bad race, wasn't feeling too good at the start and I didnt know how to pace myself cause it was a 130 track. After I raced I just couldnt stop coughing cause the air was so dry.

First meet of indoor, even though it didnt count for rankings and stuff; it was just a relay practice meet. So I did the 4x600 and the 4x800. In the 4x600 I didnt get my real time, but im guessing that it was around this.

We won the 4x800 with ease, if we had the same team for the 4x600 we would have had no trouble winning that one either.

Today we finally got to run. Indoor track started on monday, but we havent been able to run because our coach was making us do dynamic stretches and core with the sprinters, which took forever. So by the time we would finnish those it would be getting dark and we werent aloud to go outside.
