Swimming 1:30:00 [3]

2400 yards: I probably spent about two hours shoveling my roof and then by the time I was done I had to go straight to practice, luckily it was an easy one.

Running race 2:57 [3] 0.63 mi (4:41 / mi)

I have realized how much not running impacts you during my race. I should be running in the 4:30s now for the mile and probably around 2:30 for the thousand, but due to not running for weeks at a time I cant.

This far into the season, I am not just aiming towards getting ready for outdoor track so I can get my schools mile record.

Donating blood + racing = bad idea

Felt terrible after two races; amazing what a pint of blood can do.
