Got in a big car crash last night. I was the passenger, but when going around a corner and car was in the middle of our lane coming towards us. We tried to swerve out of the way, but the other car ended up hitting the drivers side towards the front and we flipped once and landed on the roof. Luckily neither of us were hurt; the only injuries were a few scrapes from crawling on the glass out of the upside down car. But since we were both minors we had to go to the hospital and we weren't able to leave until around 3 in the morning. So I figured I should take today off and relax.

Great day today, I got two PRs and won two out of three of my races. In the 100 back i got my time down to a 1:05.01, 50 freestyle I now have a 25.08. Then my last event was the 100 breaststroke, my coach told me i could go easy in this. So I did and got a 1:11 and won.

2125 yards: Usually with our thursday coach we get a terrible workout and a useless practice, but surprisingly, todays practice was pretty good. The first half hour we did 900 yards and then the next half hour we did 3 sets of 4 100s on the 2 minutes. The first set he wanted us to the the 100s at a 1:25 pace, and then a 1:15 for the second set, and the third set we did them descending. The thing i would change is just make the first two sets 5 to 10 second faster.
