Went for a run with Yahya and wasn't sure how fast to go, so we started off really slow. Eventually I couldn't handle it so I had us stop at about 2 miles and do a pulse check to see how well he was really doing; it was pretty good so we sped it up a little the las mile. Tomorrow we plan on doing a shorter run but increasing the speed

Well I won't be climbing for a few days; today I tore up my hands pretty well. I have a patch of raw skin on my right pointer finger and my left index finger, as well as a blood blister on my right pinky. So once those are mostly healed up I will get to climbing again, probably with some athletic tape on my hands though

I haven't exercised in a while because I spent new years in Boston and then went straight up to vermont to stay with my girlfriend for the rest of the week at her house which is about twenty minutes above Burlington. So now that I'm home I'm going to start running and swimming again. Today when I went for a run it was so warm that I ran in short shorts and a t-shirt, which is ridiculous since this time last year we were getting a heavy snow at least once a week.
