Note

Today we had to do circuits. So we warmed up, stretched, and ran another mile. Then we did 2 circuits and ran a mile in between them. The first circuit we did squat thrusts, pushups, jumping jacks, and windmills for a minute each. The second one we did high knees, but kicks, crunches, and run as far as you can for a minute each. After all of this we had to run a mile all out, which I got a 5:10. Then do a cool down and stretch.

Note

Ran a mile warm up, stretched, did 25 pushups and then ran 2 more miles. Then did 3 one mile repeats at about a 6:30 pace and between each one we walked a 100 and jogged a 300. We did 25 more pushups, did a 2 mile cool down, and stretched.

Did a warm up, stretched, and did 25 pushups and 40 crunches. Then the varsity team went running on some trails but one trail disappeared so we bush waked for 10 minutes until we found another one. Then we did 10 strides and 25 more pushups.

We did a mile warm up and stretched. Then the varsity team ran 2 more miles to the hill that we did our work out on. We had to accelerate up a .25 mile hill 10 times and do 10 pushups each time at the top then shuffle jog back down. Then we did a 3 mile cool down and stretched.
