Today was our last duel meet, but our coach told the top five runners to go easy and save our legs for our meet on saturday. So I basically comfort ran the who thing. But I still got 2ed and our team won 20 to 29
So when we got there we walked the course, warmed up, stretched, warmed up some more, did strides and then started the race. The course was just 2 laps around the perimeter of the school. I usually hate those type of races but this was alright. After we finished the other team had some food to share, and they had some really good bread so I took some for the ride home. After the food we cooled down, stretched, and went home.
