I start indoor track on monday so I decided I should at least see what kinda of shape I am in. Since I will be leading the runs it would be kind of embarrassing if I couldn't go as far as I said we would. So surprisingly I could actually still do 5 miles. So Im set for indoor. I was only planning on doing about 3 or 4 miles on the first day.
