Biking (Physical Therapy) 8:00 [3]

Other (Stair Master) 5:00 [3]

Running 10:00 [3] 0.83 mi (12:00 / mi)
shoes: New Balanced 767

Note

Today at physical therapy as soon as I got on the bike I got yelled at because two physical therapists said that my hamstrings are too tight and that I haven't been doing my daily stretches, which I have. I guess I have been doing them wrong so he showed me a new one to do today.

After the bike he had me do all of my stretches and then he stretched me, that part really hurt. Then I went on the stair master for 5 minutes and I ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes. While I was running he dictated me on my form. "Heal toe, heal toe, fully extend your leg, heal toe."

Running (Physical Therapy) 10:00 [3] 0.83 mi (12:03 / mi)

Note

At Physical Therapy today he had me ride the stationary bike, and then do calf raises. Then he had me do this weird thing with a wheely chair where you sit down and pull yourself with your heals. I went around the room twice doing this. After that I walked sideways across the room twice with large elastic band around my ankles. All I think that did was pull the hair out of my legs. Then he had me run on the treadmill for 10 minutes, PAIN FREE, Woo! But him and another therapist said I have terrible form, so we scheduled another month of PT to improve my form so I dont get injured again.

Note
(sick)

Yesterday I woke up with a pretty bad head ache and a sore throat. Today it was better and mostly gone, but I skipped track practice to make sure that it didn't come back.
