So much for slowing down like I said I was going to. I started my run with two kids that live on my street, but they were running too slow, so I went ahead.
Next time I go for a run, probably tomorrow, I will go a little farther, so like 2.5 or 3 miles.

I finally got up to the speed I wanted to be running at, a 7:30, but I think it might be a little fast. So I will back off a little during my next run.

Today it was beautiful out so I grabbed my short shorts and went for a short run. I didn't have any pain in my achilles, so I will do this for a few more days and then move up to 2 or 2.5 miles.
