All the races were half as long as they usually are so I swam the 100 IM and got a 1:06, then I did the 50 butterfly and got 34.71, and then the 50 backstroke and got a 32.00

Easy practice only did 1375 yards, but we have a meet up in west field tomorrow were all the events are half as long as they usually are again, so that will be fun.

Note

Ran with the tracks distance team today, I thought they were just going to do a long run but they ended up doing a workout. So instead of going home I just did it with them, and it wasn't that hard anyways.

We just did 4 800s and tried to keep it around a 5:30 mile pace.

This was a very easy practice, we only did 2700 yards and we had a lot of rest between each thing that we did.

Note

I took a look at the map from last weekend on Peter's log drew in my head what I did wrong. Then I actually found my map in my bag when I was looking for my homework. So I drew my course and went through it. The biggest mistake was when i was going form 11 to 10 I didn't notice on my map that I shouldn't be going up the hill. So that was a one minute mistake by over shooting 10 and then coming back to it.

Went for a run with some people after school, and my achillies started to hurt after about 2 miles so i will start to stretch more and then i will ice it when I get home.

We did a total of 2800 yards at practice. The practice wasn't hard over all but every one was coughing up a storm, the chlorine must have been high or something.

Score O at Mount Tom. I did it counter clockwise and think I did pretty well, I misplaced my map so im not sure where exactly my mistakes were. But when i find my map I will look it over.
