Was going to go to practice but I haven't gotten much sleep the past few nights, especially last night with rugby. So I decided it would probably be best to say home and rest up for champs this weekend.
Today we worked a lot of handling, being open, and staying offsides. The team is getting a hang of it pretty well especially this is the first time over half of us have played rugby.
It was a good practice, I did a lot of work of my backstroke and butterfly form because they are bother terrible. Then the last half hour we did a lot of hard stuff, but we got a good amount of rest between each thing to recover. We ended up doing a total of 2600 yards
Today was the distance championships. So we got up around 5:15 so we could drive there and get there by 7:30. It was such a long day, I didn't get home until 9 at night.
Swam the 1650 for the first time, I had no idea how to pace for myself for it since im used to swimming the 100 so I ended up doing really bad. I will see next year if I want to swim it again.

Swam the 200 Back and the 200 Breast later in the afternoon. I improved my time by 4 seconds in the back and got a 2:30. Then by the time the breaststroke came up I was dead so I only got a 2:39 but I still got third in it.
