Today we learned to scrum and how to do use it. I was fun but this was definitely one of our hardest practices yet with all of us guys ramming into each other covered in sweat.

Started my run with my neighbor another friend, after about two miles they turned around and I kept going. After I finished I went over his house to stretch and then we did some core and push ups.
