Running42:40 [3] 6.6 mi (6:28 / mi) shoes: Vibram KSO
It was hard to pace myself when I didn't know the mile markers and when im not used to training this pace. And when ever I dont know what pace im at I always go faster. 6:28 is definately too fast though. I think I will try to keep it around 6:45 for now on.

So today I found out that the pace I should be training at is between 6:28 and 6:52 minutes per mile. So I gave it a try. At first it felt really fast, but after a bit I got used to it and it was fine.
Running race 4:27 [5] 1.0 mi (4:27 / mi) shoes: Bowerman Series
Ya, I probably shouldn't have eaten a full 12 inch sub a few hours before i ran but I did. That may have been the reason i didn't get the 4:26 but I will definitely be able to get it next year. I still got my PR by a few hundredths of a second though, my time was 4:27.00
I have state opens tomorrow so I did the green instead of red to make sure I dont run too much today. On the green I just jogged the whole thing too because my legs are still sore from friday.
