Did thresholds today. We did 3 1600s and then a 800. Between each one we walked a 100 and jogged a 300. They were supposed to be between a 6:05 and 6:10 pace, but we were a little off almost every time.

For the time trial my coach actually pulled me and our other top runner aside to tell us not to run all out. So we didn't, we ran together the whole time and just ran fast enough to be a little ahead of the third runner.

Tomorrow we are doing a time trial on our course, so today we did a simulated pre-meet. So we double stretched, did a quick run and then had a pasta party afterwards just because we could. The only thing we did different is varsity ran a little farther than everyone else.
