Did thresholds on the track, but instead of doing the usual three 1600s we did six 800s. Then after that we did 10 accelerations where you strided a 50 and then accelerated to 95% the second 50.

We did some exploring on some trails that we have never gone down and it brought us out on a road by one of our routes, so we just ran back to the school but it turned out the run was a lot shorter than we thought it was.

We were only supposed to run between 6 and 8 miles, but we didnt really plan out where we were going to run until we started running and it turned out what we were thinking was longer than we thought. We even cut off some of the route that we were thinking of doing so we get back faster and our coaches wouldnt freak out.

Did 800 repeats on the track. We did one warm up one at 3:20, then we jumped down to 3:00 and were supposed to decrease our time by 5 seconds each one. Then the last one was supposed to be all out, but a recommended 2:25 to 2:30. But here is what we ended up running

Did a score o at the WCOC B meet. I got all but 4 controls and finished 2 minutes early, so I may have had time to get one more but Im not sure.
