It was good to get out and go for a fun with some people from my dorm, but I need to get out and run on my own sometime cause I can't keep running at that pace

Water Polo 50:00 [3]

Didn't go to practice yesterday cause I had to study for a test I had today. Then today at practice we just planned for the next few meeting this semester and then played some water polo

Swimming 2:00:00 [3]

5300 yards: Had a pretty good practice, and the last set was pretty intense. We did 10 50's down the pool. The pool is actually separated into like 3 pools: a 25 yard one, a 3 yard one, and another 25 yard one so it looks like this
I-------------------------I---I-------------------------I
I-------------------------I---I-------------------------I
I-------------------------I---I-------------------------I
I-------------------------I---I-------------------------I
I-------------------------I---I-------------------------I
I-------------------------I---I-------------------------I
So the first 25 we dove off the blocks and had to go the whole way underwater, then we had to climb on the the platform and jump into the small pool, then climb on to the next platform and dive off the blocks and do a all out 25 yard sprint.

Swimming 1:50:00 [3]

5500 yards: the pool was finally divided into two short course pools so we were swimming yards rather then meters. Overall practice wasn't too bad; it had a lot of distance but the the intervals were long.
