3600 yards: going to the pool late at night was a mistake, I did not have any motivation to finnish the workout. I did the first three sets and then I started the 4th but when I realized that there was another one I just stopped there. Then to add to my laziness my neck had been hurting since I woke up, but only when I look to the left, I must have slept weird or something. But with only being able to breath to one side and pain when every I pulled with my left arm, that didn't motivate me to continue the work out.
