3600 yards: going to the pool late at night was a mistake, I did not have any motivation to finnish the workout. I did the first three sets and then I started the 4th but when I realized that there was another one I just stopped there. Then to add to my laziness my neck had been hurting since I woke up, but only when I look to the left, I must have slept weird or something. But with only being able to breath to one side and pain when every I pulled with my left arm, that didn't motivate me to continue the work out.

4950 yards: pretty hard practice, especially the last set which was a total of 1300 yards and had very little rest between each thing. After that we finished practice by doing a breathing exercise which was pretty much a holding your breath pyramid

Went for a run with a girl from my dorm to the UConn dairy bar and then took a little longer route back after getting ice-cream.
