Woke up early to go train with my adventure race team and some others. We did a series of exercises, three or four different ones at a time and four sets of each.

Went into the lab after after class to work on some research but the intern pulled me in to work out with him and a PhD student. So spent a while doing various exercises including some eccentric benching and some power lifting.
